Affordable Renewable Energy: Breaking the Wall of Solar Wind Hybrid
Nurudeen Issa is a young energy leader and climate activist with dynamic experience in energy innovation and climate-related activities. He is the Founder of Sirius-X Energy, a clean energy startup located in the northwest region of Nigeria with the vision to improve access to clean energy technologies in Sub-saharan Africa. Nurudeen Issa is a final year student of Mechanical Engineering at Bayero University Kano. He is passionate about the pathways for Sub-Saharan African countries to a just and equitable energy transition for a sustainable future. His passion for positive impact has him engaged in extra-curricular activities on campus. He is the president of The Energy club at Bayero University, Kano, and the Secretary-General of the National Universities Engineering Students’ Association (NUESA) wing of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE). Nurudeen is a fellow of Student Energy and a fellow of Africa Fellowship for Young Energy Leaders.
