Baha Eddine Youcef Belmekki
Baha Eddine Youcef Belmekki received his BS degree in electronics and his MSc degree in wireless communications and networking from the University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene. He obtained his PhD degree in wireless communications from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse, and has worked at Huawei Technologies and as a lecturer at the University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene. Baha Eddine Youcef was also a teaching and research fellow at the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse. He is currently a postdoctoral research fellow at KAUST. His research interests include non-terrestrial networks, high-altitude platforms, and vehicular communications.
