Shar Thae Hoy
Shar Thae Hoy is a climate change advocate, professional public speaker, and trainer who devotes her time to environmental leadership training and climate education. Shar has a background in environmental science and is particularly interested in nature-based and clean renewable energy solutions to create a positive future. She is currently a Youth Task Force Member of the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration programme. Currently, she is leading the Climate Action Lab Myanmar (CALM), where she educates children and youth about climate science and advocates for social and cultural innovation to further improve community-led climate action projects in Myanmar.
