LIDROTEC – The finest cuts on every wafer. Literally “cutting edge”.
Lidrotec is short for Laser Hydro Technologies. We develop, build and sell laser machines that use ultrashort laser pulses in liquid environment to cut, structure or induce surface modifications into a desired material. The laser process is self-developed and LIDROTEC is the only supplier of this new technology worldwide.
Our first market is the microchip market. Future markets are in the Medtech as well as Aerospace industry. Our company was founded by the four founders in February 2021 and is currently funded by EXIST-Forschungstransfer.
