Breaking the Wall of Epidemic Control
Stefan Kittler studied Technical Chemistry at the TU Wien, where he realized that he has great interest in biotechnology and biosensors. In December 2019, Stefan started his PhD in the working group for Integrated Bioprocess Development (IBD), where he now works on a biosensor based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Using the gained knowledge, they came up with idea to use the sensor for the detection of viruses, pathogens, and toxins.
