Alex Griffin is addressing the challenges of treating Cerebral Palsy (CP) by proposing an innovative approach using transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), a safe and non-invasive brain stimulation technique that has shown promise in improving movement. The research aims to investigate the safety and feasibility of using tDCS at home, under remote supervision, for children with CP, potentially revolutionising global treatment approaches for this condition.
