With Kaffeeklatsch mit Wissenschaft, I aim to bring together members of the public and scientists from different background and fields, for a relaxed and comfortable discussion round over coffee. Visitors can use this casual atmosphere to ask questions, learn about relevant research and connect with other whilst feeling 100% included in the discussion.

Museum für Naturkunde Leibniz Institute for Evolution and Biodiversity Science
Franziska Sattler is a Vertebrate Paleontologist with a strong interest in Education, Women in STEM, Science Communication, Open Access and in Higher Education. Until recently she has been working on a T. rex at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin, but Franziska now switched to mostly doing scicomm. On the first Sunday of every month, she organises and hosst a series of events called ‘Kaffeeklatsch mit Wissenschaft’ (Coffee chit-chat with science) at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin.
