Tatjana Gust

Dr. Tatjana Gust, Associate Director of Science Programs at the Bayer Foundation, is committed to fostering connections and empowering individuals in their scientific career development. With a background in academic and pharmaceutical research, she transitioned to Clinical Operations at Bayer AG, managing phase I-III trials. In her previous role at Medical Affairs & Pharmacovigilance, Tatjana drove communication and community management around digital topics to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange. She holds a MSc in Biotechnology and a Ph.D. in Cell Biology with a specialization in Immunology.
