Lisbeth Venema
Liesbeth Venema studied physics at the University of Groningen and Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands and received her PhD in 2000 on electronic properties of carbon nanotubes. She became a manuscript editor at Nature in the same year in London. Currently, she is a Senior Editor at Nature, handling manuscripts mainly in the area of applied physics. She is also an occasional science writer and has written for a blog about nanotechnology for the Guardian.
