Anna Biller

Anna M Biller is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Chronobiology and Health group at the Technical University of Munich (GER). She studied Psychology and Neurosciences at the University of Kent and the University College London (UK). She obtained her PhD in 2021 from the Ludwig Maximilian University Munich and the Graduate School of Systemic Neuroscience (GER) during which she investigated the effect of (flexible) school start times on sleep, wellbeing and performance in German high school students. Her current research focuses on the effect of artificial/natural light and other factors on sleep and circadian rhythms. She loves applied research to investigate real life problems. As a mountain rescue teamer and climber she also tackles outdoor problems in her free time. As a nature lover, she actively fights for sustainable research practices.
