ArtiMinds has developed and distributes the software „Robot Programming Suite“, which is a development software for intuitive and semi-automatic programming of robots. It enables robot programming by less qualified and experienced operators as well as deploying robots to completely new application.

In focus are applications with process deviations requiring sensor-adaptive robot motions for robust task execution. Our software supports as well force- as 2D/3D vision-adaptive robot control. The software design allows adhering to the typical process steps for planning, developing and commissioning of robot cells, whilst making this process much faster despite lower technical knowledge needed. Programming is done by drag and drop of pre-build skill templates, which are parametrized by teach-in of key poses.

Currently there are only products, which either enable the robot to react on external sensor data (e.g., Kuka F/T control), but require line coding by an expert or products, which are relatively easy-to use (Universal Robots), but lack the ability to s.th. complex in the same way.

In contrast to our competitor’s approach, ArtiMinds follows a horizontal approach, focussing on software only, supporting different hardware, whilst not developing or promoting own hardware.
