Robin DeRosa is the director of the Open Learning & Teaching Collaborative at Plymouth State University.Robin is a national advocate for public higher education, and works with colleges and universities on designing institutional initiatives and structures centered on learners and their needs. Under Robin’s leadership, the ACE Framework was developed by the full staff of the Open CoLab at Plymouth State, with particular expertise from Learning Developer Martha Burtis, who is a pioneer in the area of student-centered web-based learning.
