SHANI ELITZUR

Shani Elitzur is a PhD student at the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Shani’s PhD research investigates on-demand hydrogen production via the aluminum-water reaction and its combination with fuel cells for energy storage.
During her PhD studies Shani has won 15 prizes for excellence in studies and research, among them Ministry of Science Fellowship (2016). Shani was the winner of Falling Walls Lab Israel 2015 and one of the Falling Walls Young Innovators of the Year 2015.
