Katrin Heinemann studied Business Administration and European Studies at Keele University UK. After finishing her dual honors degree, she obtained her MSc in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management at the London School of Economics. Mrs. Heinemann then relocated to Germany and worked for UVEX Holding GmbH as a human resources generalist. In 2008 Mrs. Heinemann joined KRONES AG. She is HR Business Partner for the Research and Development Department. Besides her HR responsibilities she is highly interested in exploring ways of how to successfully support traditionally hierarchical structured companies by giving guidance concerning recruiting, leadership and training throughout the transformation process to a digitized enterprise.
