I am a creative communicator who focuses on experiential communication and engagement strategies—across science and industry—with a core speciality in idea architecture, content, initiatives, platforms, and emerging media. Currently, I head Communications for the Bangalore Life Science Cluster (BLiSC) which comprises three of India’s premier research institutions: NCBS, inStem, and C-CAMP. The BLiSC Communications Office works to raise the profile and awareness of science among the Indian and global scientific communities through various programmes across channels, mediums, languages, and geographies. I lead a team that designs and implements solutions to meet communication needs and exercise public outreach initiatives. We have a robust outreach and engagement profile that connects the Cluster and its science to schools, regional language speakers, and members of the general public through art, performances, talks, and curated events.
