Tatjana König is Executive Board Appointee of the Körber Foundation, one the largest German private foundations, which provides platforms to discuss present political topics as well as develops projects on social and political issues. To most of our guests she is likely still more familiar as the former managing director of the Falling Walls Foundation though. Departing in Autumn 2019 after a nearly seven-year spell which saw the organisation grow exponentially both in Berlin and around the globe, she will take up her new office in January 2020 in Hamburg. Prior to her long-time engagement at Falling Walls, she founded her own communications business after heading a PR unit at the Berlin branch of Scholz & Friends, a leading international communications agency. She studied law at universities in Berlin and Bonn, specializing in international and European law, and holds a postgraduate degree in mediation.
