Terms and Conditions

Registration is binding. Unless there is a compelling reason, notification of cancellation must be made in writing no later than 14 days prior to the conference. A cancellation fee of 20% of the ticket price will apply. The full registration fee will be charged for cancellations made after that date. The participant may propose a substitute, but the confirmation of that substitute remains subject to approval of the Falling Walls Foundation.

In case of cancellation of the event, any tickets purchased will be fully reimbursed if the organiser is responsible for the cancellation.

By registration the participant gives its written consent to a publication of any pictures taken on the occasion of the event, including welcome reception and festive dinner. A denial of a consent shall be given by written notice 14 days prior to the event.
