Richard Socher

Richard Socher is the founder and CEO of you.com. He was previously Chief Scientist and EVP at Salesforce, and was CEO/CTO of AI startup MetaMind (acquired by Salesforce in 2016). Richard has a Ph.D. in computer science from Stanford, where he also served as an adjunct professor. He's the fourth most-cited researcher in natural language processing, with over 190,000 citations. He's known for bringing neural networks into NLP and inventing the most widely used word vectors, contextual vectors, and prompt engineering.
