I am an Italian researcher in Neuroscience. I have extensive experience in neurophysiology and neurobiology of psychiatric disorders. I specialized in in vivo optogenetics, in vivo and in vitro opto-electrophysiology, immunohistochemistry, confocal microscopy, and molecular genetics approaches. I have extensive experience in multicultural teams, having spent much of my career abroad.
