Simon Gröblacher

Simon Gröblacher is the CEO and Co-Founder of the quantum startup company QphoX and Professor of Quantum Physics at the Kavli Institute of Nanoscience at Delft University of Technology. He holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Vienna and worked as a Marie Curie fellow at the California Institute of Technology. His scientific research is focused on understanding the foundations of quantum physics. He has published several seminal findings on quantum effects in macroscopic systems.

Simon Gröblacher was Science Breakthrough of the Year 2022 in the science start-up category (Venture) with his start-up QphoX.
