Christine Neuhaus

Jury: Art and Science

Christine Neuhaus has been Executive Director and Head of the Funding Division of the ZEIT-Stiftung Ebelin und Gerd Bucerius  since 2019, after joining the foundation in 2001. She graduated from Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen and holds Master’s degrees in Modern German Literature, Educational Sciences, and Political Sciences. Her professional career took her to the Literaturhaus Hamburg and the Deutsche Nationalstiftung Hamburg, before joining the publishing houses J.B. Metzler and Hermann Böhlaus Nachfolger, Stuttgart, as Head of Department of Press and Public Relations. She has been member and since 2017 head of the Arbeitskreis Kunst und Kultur (working group arts and culture) at the Association of German Foundations, Berlin. Furthermore, she is a member of numerous boards of trustees and committees in the field of arts and culture.
