Utkarsh Upadyhay

CTO Utkarsh is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Reasonal. For his PhD in Machine Learning, he did his research at the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems, during which he worked as an Academic Research Program collaborator with Yahoo! Research. Throughout his studies at IIT Kanpur and EPFL, Utkarsh’s research has focused on understanding information propagation on networks and he has published his research findings extensively in several leading peer-reviewed conferences and journals. As a software engineer, he helped scale a personalized automated teaching startup (Better AG, Zurich) from 0 to 100k+ users. At Reasonal, he is using his understanding of social networks and machine learning to build smart Post-its for the Web
