Chengwei Liu

Associate Professor of Strategy and Behavioral Science Chengwei Liu (PhD, Cambridge) is associate professor of strategy and behavioral Science at ESMT Berlin. He has taught at Cambridge, Oxford, MIT, INSEAD, University of Singapore, Peking University, Warwick and won more than 20 research and teaching awards. Thinkers50 named Chengwei a leading management thinker and Poets&Quants named Chengwei a “Top 40 under 40 MBA Professor”. His current research focuses on how organizations should manage diversity and (re)design themselves in the age of AI.
