Kerstin Brueckweh

Fellow The historian led the research group "The Long History of the 'Wende'" at the Leibniz Center for Contemporary Historical Research Potsdam. She is currently Fellow at the Max Weber College of the University of Erfurt. She received her doctorate in Bielefeld with a dissertation on German history, then moved to the German Historical Institute in London for six years, before completing her habilitation at the University of Tübingen. Before her studies she worked as a bookseller and after her doctorate as an editor for politics, economics and history.
