Andreas Bergthaler

Bergthaler is group leader at the CeMM Research Center for Molecular Medicine of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. He completed his PhD with H. Hengartner and Nobel laureate R. Zinkernagel in 2008, and his postdoctoral work in Seattle in 2011. His research foci include infectious diseases, host-virus interactions and immunometabolism.
