Dr. Isabel Skierka is the program lead for technology politics at the Digital Society Institute of the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) Berlin. Her work centres around questions of resilience in the digital age, with a focus on digital government, cybersecurity, and geopolitics. A political scientist by training, she approaches these issues from interdisciplinary perspectives. Isabel has worked in Germany and Belgium, and studied in Estonia, the UK, France, and the Netherlands.
